Does Slide work on rollers, vertical blinds or shutters?

Slide only functions on horizontal curtains and drapes. 
Unfortunately, it doesn't work on horizontal panel curtains.

Slide also doesn't work with vertical systems, such as (roller) blinds, or shutters.
