Error: 403 - User Does Not Have The Right Roles

I'm trying to reset my password, but keep getting the following error:

If this happens to you, you can bypass this by doing the following:

1. Right click the link that you received in your mailbox
2. Open a new  Incognito/Private Window in your browser
3. Paste the link in your address bar and press enter

I'm not sure how to open an Incognito/Private Window in my browser

How to open an incognito screen in your browser:

1. Click 'File'
2. Click 'New Incognito Window' /  'New Private Window'.
