I can't attach Slide onto the mount

First of all, make sure the mount is placed in the correct orientation. The thinner flat side should be facing the middle of your curtain.

Secondly, make sure you pushed the Mount Pins all the way through. If you can't put the Mount Pin all the way, try a hole that is higher. 

Thirdly, make sure that when you put Slide in the Mount. You really get a *click*. Push Slide up and towards the middle of your curtain track.
